COMMUNICATIONS REQUEST

The Communications Department is a resource for your team. We protect the brand that reflects the vision and values of theChapel. If you’re communicating to a group beyond your team, use one of the requests below.

  1. CONSULT: A meeting with the communications team to discuss ideas and strategy for your event, required 60 days before your event date.
  2. EVENT COMMUNICATION PLAN: A detailed plan to communicate your event effectively, required 60 days prior to your event date.
  3. QUOTE : Need to know what something costs from a vendor? Request a quote from us!
  4. PRINT: Any printed items, including shirts, stickers, cards, signs, or signage.
  5. GRAPHIC: Any artwork used digitally but not printed.
  6. EMAIL/TEXT: Any communication that needs to be sent out via email or text.
  7. PHOTO: Photos needed for your event, social post, or other project.
  8. SOCIAL MEDIA:  Posts, Stories, Reels, or other social media content.
  9. WEB CHANGE: Any update to the website, including events & forms.
  10. SIGNAGE REQUEST: Any retrieval of an item from the Communications Closet.
  11. VIDEO: It’s video – for announcements, events, or other needs!
