Please submit your request at least 3 weeks in advance of your event date. Qualified baristas are required to operate the equipment. The cost to open the shop for a theChapel event is $20 an hour. Be sure to budget an additional hour beyond your event time for open and close. For instance, a 2-hr event will cost your ministry $60 for 3 hours total. Additionally, you can comp merchandise at your discretion using your employee discount, and your church credit card. Be sure to specify that these purchases are tax exempt. All of these expenses are billed to your respective ministry so hang on to those receipts. All fixings, and supplies are provided free of charge. Pick up your coffee and supplies at the RULU counter at the chosen pick up time.
